Our Client, an independent privately owned wealth management and financial services firm, is seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Developer. Location: Hamilton Township, NJ- must be local Position Type: 1 yr Contract Schedule: Hybrid 2-3 Days Per Week Onsite Rate: $60/hr c2c Client: Rockefeller Capital Job Summary: This hands-on developer position requires strong coding experience. This position supports the application development across Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, including power automate and power BI. The role will work closely with senior tech leads, business analysts, project managers and business partners to deliver new capabilities across our business segments. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Developer will report to the overall Technical Lead. In order to be considered for this position, you need to be a self-starter with good communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and devoted to delivering quality solutions to our business partners. Responsibilities: Build applications for various business segments leveraging Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power platform and power automate. Participate in Agile Development Sprints and Manage Releases Coordinate within the assigned Sprint team, including Scrum Master, Business Analysts, Developers and Quality Assurance The following are Essential for Success in the Role: Ability to effectively develop low-code solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Product knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Sales Strong Domain understanding of CRM in one or more Industries including Banking and Insurance. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including the Scrum team members such as business analysts and testers Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors in computer science or engineering. 8 years working in web application development. Hands-on designing and coding experience with C#, java script, REST API. Ability to manage multiple projects at once; develop long term strategies and proven ability to see execution plans through Strategic thinker, passionate about identifying opportunities and driving change Solid understanding contemporary tools and approaches to delivery (e.g. Agile Development) Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent organizational and project-management skills Strong skills in working & managing vendor partners as well as internal staff on project execution and delivery A creative and analytical thinker with an execution mindset Strong web development and debugging skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, power automate, and Power BI and Azure experience is a plus CyberTec
