DAY OF A NETSUITE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

The NetSuite Systems Administrator engages and communicates with all company stakeholders (e.g., Accounting, Sales, Warehouse). The individual is responsible for all aspects of GST's NetSuite ERP operations. Additionally, the individual will analyze NetSuite data to enable GST to make better business decisions and prioritize strategic initiatives.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with internal stakeholders to analyze complex needs and issues and assess how NetSuite can be utilized as a solution to ongoing issues within business operations that can be addressed with an ERP system. Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, projects, change requests, and support tasks for the entire NetSuite application and ecosystem. Plan, review, revise, develop, test, and deploy feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs. Design, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows. Create new dashboards, saved searches, manage users, roles, and permissions, KPIs/metrics, custom reports and fields, and create custom workflows. Monitor end-user usage, daily system scripts, and track performance. Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, and proper usage. Job Qualifications 3+ years of experience with ERP systems. 3+ years of experience with business data analytics. Experience in distribution, warehouse, and manufacturing industries is a plus. JavaScript scripting, SQL, and advanced Excel skills are a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented work style.
