Right at Home Snohomish County is seeking a part-time Care Partner (Home Care Aide or CNA) to support a male client who would love a care professional- preferably male -who shares some of his favorite interests: fishing, playing pool, and going to church.

This is a rewarding 1:1 caregiving role in the client's home, helping him live safely and comfortably while enjoying companionship that makes each day brighter.
Position Summary

The Care Partner provides personalized support in the client's home, including assistance with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and friendly social engagement . You will follow an individualized care plan and work in alignment with Right at Home's mission of compassionate, person-centered care.
What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living : bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility
• Support with meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, errands & shopping
• Observe and report changes in condition to our care team
• Ensure a safe environment and follow agency and state care standards
• Provide meaningful companionship -great fit for someone who enjoys:
  Fishing conversations or outings
  Playing or talking about pool
  Faith and church community engagement

Qualifications (Required)

• Current Washington HCA or CNA certification
• Able to pass a state background check
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate

Preferred but not required:

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Consistent 1:1 care shifts
• May include day, evening, or weekend hours based on client needs
