Job Description

We are seeking a *PRN* Occupational Therapist to join our *In- House Therapy team*! This position offers flexible scheduling.

Heritage Therapy provides high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapies and rehabilitation at many of our communities.

We strive to help patients reach their maximum potential so they can live as independently as possible. Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual’s needs.

_*Our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, OH is located conveniently by I-77.*_

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans

- Provide direct patient care

- Document patient progress accurately and timely.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.

Requirements:

- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Occupational Therapist

- Experience in Net Health documentation platform is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week
