As the Lead Occupational Therapist, you will provide direct patient care for individuals requiring rehabilitation following injury or illness. In addition to clinical responsibilities, this role supports the Director in the supervision and daily operations in acute care at ChristianaCare’s Wilmington Hospital.

Annual Compensation Range $100,152.00 - $160,243.20 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
