We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Beverly Hills, California. This role involves a variety of clerical duties in a park and recreation setting, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle public contact. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to front desk phone calls and provide information or redirect calls as necessary

• Assist in scheduling facility rentals and outdoor picnic rentals using the CivicRec software system

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers

• Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry

• Utilize a variety of computer programs, including CRM and Accounting Software Systems, to manage customer information

• Handle billing functions and process customer credit applications

• Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner

• Use communication skills to provide clear and concise information to customers

• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

• Should possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable
• Ability to design and manage Banner Ads
• Proficient in various Computer Programs
• Experience with CRM software
• Knowledge of About Time software is a plus
• Comfortable Answering Inbound Calls
• Able to manage Billing Functions
• Must be able to perform Clerical Duties efficiently
• Strong Communication skills are essential
