About the Opportunity
We are searching for a Part time / Full Time Receptionist/Office Assistant . We will expect your efforts to be about 25-40 hours a week, including very rare weekend and evening requirements. We eagerly seek someone with a fun and outgoing personality.

Requirements: (Successful candidates should possess the following minimum qualifications)
A FUN AND OUTGOING PERSONALITY!!!! We are a fun and outgoing business, and clients like dealing with people who are outgoing.
YOU MUST HAVE Quickbooks EXPERIENCE IS A MUST (3 years min.)
Automotive Parts/Shop EXPERIENCE IS A MUST (3 years min.)
Customer Service phone experience is a MUST!
Extremely effective written and verbal communication skills
Team Player - we all pitch in to help everyone in the company
Self motivated and fast paced individual with serious work ethic
Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Must be able to problem solve
MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK
Someone who takes Ownership and puts passion into the results they give!
