Hiring: 1x Onsite Event Executive | 1 Month Contract | Exhibition Location: Taiseng & EXPO Contract Duration: 1 Oct 2025 to 31 Oct 2025 Salary: $2700 to $3000/month (based on exp) + OT pay (if applicable) Working hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm (Mon-Fri), will work overtime & weekends from 22 Oct Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Event setup & teardown.
• Show calling
• Speaker management
• Meeting room management.
• Catering coordination with caterer.
• Registration & crowd control
• Survey & feedback collection from exhibitors & audience.
• Post event reporting for improvements for future show.

Requirements: Preferred have working experience in event management Multitasking Bilingual. Experience working with international speakers like European and US professionals.
