This is an in-office position. Will report into an office Mon – Fri.
2905 Premiere Parkway Duluth Georgia
2 shifts needed:

(1) 9am-6pm ET
(2) 9:30am-6:30pm ET

We are hiring a licensed Insurance Representative for our client in Duluth. This will start as a contract role that can extend and convert to a permanent position after 4 months. Our client is expanding their program and offerings and expect an increased call volume on go-live date of September 15th.

3 week training to start on August 25

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls related to auto insurance quotes and customer service.
• Taking overflow calls when other agents are busy.
• Returning calls for missed weekend or after-hours inquiries.
• Answering basic customer questions based on training.
• Availability, punctuality, and dependability are essential.

Skill Set /Experience Requirements –

• 3-5 years of personal lines auto experience in a customer service environment
• Active Georgia license – P&C
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service experience and administrative skills required.
• Being punctual and reliable
