We’re searching for a Production Supervisor to lead operations in a fast-paced paper manufacturing facility. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead daily production operations across designated paper mill areas with a sharp focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to keep equipment running smoothly and production on track.
• Troubleshoot challenges, optimize processes, and keep everyone on the same page—from operators to engineers.
• Coordinate inventory and supplier logistics for key materials and consumables.
• Support team growth through technical training and leadership development.
• Foster a workplace culture that values safety, accountability, and innovation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A degree in Pulp & Paper, Engineering, Business, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and a cool head under pressure.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and production software tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends, as needed.
• A passion for keeping people safe and processes efficient.
