Part-Time Nanny – Brookline, MA – $30-$35 per Hour

Location: Brookline, MA

Start Date: Mid-May 2025

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (25 hours per week)

A high-profile family in Brookline, MA, is seeking an experienced part-time nanny to care for their toddler and newborn. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with high-profile families, be highly flexible, and enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in structured, enriching activities with a toddler, ensuring active outdoor play and engagement
• Assist with newborn care as needed (mother will be the primary caregiver in the early months)
• Maintain a daily routine for both children, adapting as the baby grows
• Support the family’s travel needs, though the mother will travel less with the baby
• Occasionally assist with weekend date nights if needed

• Work collaboratively with overnight staff and family members

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with high-profile families and discretion (NDA required)
• Loves outdoor activities and engaging toddlers in creative play
• Comfortable transitioning from toddler-focused care to balancing both children’s needs
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (family car provided for use during working hours)
• Highly flexible, proactive, and adaptable
• Must have US work authorization

• Provide 3-5 professional references

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30-$35 per hour, based on experience
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• Paid federal holidays (candidate may choose some holidays)
• Long-term position (minimum 3-year commitment preferred)

• Parking available on the property
