Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Jacksonville, FL! This is a 4 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32250

Shift Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Rotational Weekends, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Hours per Week: 30 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17-19.75/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely specimen collection and processing under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Create a safe, clean, and professional environment for patients and staff.
• Confidently perform both forensic and clinical phlebotomy procedures following established practices.
• Maintain proper records, documentation, and specimen labeling in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all patient information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and empathy with every patient interaction.
• Promote a positive organizational image with patients, clients, and the public.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (Required)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
