Your impact as a Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor volunteers at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community. What to ExpectSchedule: Sunday through Saturday, Five days a week, variable hours between the hours of 6am-8pm based on business needs, Every other weekend required.Start Date: October 13, 2025Training Information:Training for this role lasts approximately 12 weeks and is based out of our Greentree location.Weeks 1-2: Classroom and hands-on training with a trainer, including travel to various Donation Centers and mobile sites.Weeks 3-4: Field experience alongside a preceptor on mobile drives and at site locations.Weeks 5-12: Continued training in specific skilled areas could include Phlebotomy, Medical Interview, Alyx, and Trima (approximately 4 weeks per area).After successfully completing training and final assessments at Greentree, team members may continue to travel to various fixed and mobile site locations as part of their regular schedule.Our comprehensive total rewards support you, your family, and your future with: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K + 5% company match Tuition assistanceFree basic life and AD&D insurance Free short-and-long-term disability insurance Paid time off Employee Resource Groups Recognition and perks As a Phlebotomist, you'll get to: Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed.
