We are looking for an Assembly Team Lead to join our Greenwood, IN facility on a 2nd shift schedule . You will provide day-to-day functional guidance and training to Assemblers for overall direction and performance to provide the highest quality products for the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines as needed or required
• Coordinate production to meet schedules and ensure that company policies and procedures are always followed, paying particular attention to safety, quality, and maintenance of equipment
• Oversee and assure that proper maintenance and care is taken on all machines and reports any malfunctions or equipment problems
• Perform periodic inspection of parts being assembled to insure both visual quality and dimensional quality standards are being maintained
• Foster teamwork within all areas of responsibility

What You’ll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Mathematical skills to manage units of measure, fractions, decimals, whole numbers
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and operations sheets to determine set-up and operations to be formed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
