Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Rising Star Roofing
Salary Range: $75k-$85k (dependent on experience)

Job Overview : As our Production Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining optimized production schedules that facilitate timely installation of all contracted roofs, coordinating with vendors, and managing materials and resources assigned to each project. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years experience in the home services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Pest, etc.) and a strong background in production management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize resources to efficiently meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation Coordination: Schedule roof installations and manage the logistics of crews and materials to ensure timely project completion.
• Contract Management: Review incoming contracts for accuracy, ensuring all details such as totals, material selections, and necessary forms are correct.
• Data Management: Enter and maintain all contract data in our CRM system, collaborating with sales teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Material and Labor Ordering: Promptly order all required materials and labor for new contracts, factoring in project specifics and any changes.
• Permit Handling: Apply for and manage necessary permits, scheduling follow-up inspections to ensure compliance.
• Communication: Provide Project Managers and crews with the upcoming week’s installation schedule by Friday afternoon to keep everyone informed and on track.
• Account Maintenance: Ensure all customer accounts are updated accurately and reschedule installations as needed for weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Process Improvement: Assist in implementing new processes and evolving practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

• A highly organized multitasker with the ability to organize production schedules through strategic planning.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• An excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and vendors.
• Possess a bachelors degree in a related refiled preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required related work experience
