Contract Duration: 5 months
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid
Compensation: $30-35/hr W2

What you’ll do as the Project Administrative Assistant:

Client has a retail media platform and is seeking support to conduct the onboarding and contracting processes
Partner with sales team to expedite or troubleshoot deals
Partner with operations to adhere to standard process or implement process changes
High volume processing and data entry

What you’ll bring to the Project Administrative Assistant role:

Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM systems as well as DocuSign or similar contracting systems
Ability to manage multi-step multi-day processes and go deep into the details
Communicate via email external partners to clarify contract details
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
