Milton Hershey School (MHS) is one of the worlds best pre-K through 12th grade private schools, where students from disadvantaged backgrounds are provided with a cost-free home and a top-notch education. Thanks to the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, the school is fully endowed today with the resources to ensure students can thrive. MHS is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Capital Projects Department. • Handle special projects and other duties as needed.

MHS offers competitive compensation with excellent benefits (medical, vision & dental insurance, a 403b savings plan with employer contribution, paid time off, wellness benefits and free lunches). This is a yearround, onsite, Monday Friday position with compensation that ranges from $20.40 to $27.24 an hour. Pay is determined based on experience.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting computer systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including verbal and written capabilities.
  • Attentive to details and accurate documentation.
  • Skilled in providing high quality customer-service and in collaborating with others.
  • Proficient in time management and self-managing ones responsibilities and multiple competing projects.
  • Candidates must be willing to actively engage with students on a regular basis.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all MHS staff are role models for MHS students.
