Job Details
?? Serve as a key point of contact for a real estate client in a co-sourcing accounting engagement
?? Maintain general ledger entries, book accruals, and manage reconciliations
?? Collaborate with AR, AP, and GL teams to troubleshoot and resolve accounting issues
?? Assist with external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy
?? Process urgent payments and apply cash transactions efficiently
Requirements:
?? Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
?? Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
?? Experience with MRI Software or similar lease management systems is a plus
?? Strong Excel skills and an innovative mindset
?? Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
