• Prepare and analyze financial and portfolio data to support operations and provide recommendations on effective ways to maximize financial performance.

• Develop, prepare, and maintain customized reports to advise Regional and Executive team members of property and portfolio performance.

• Assist in preparation and review of annual and long-term operating, capital budgets and forecasts.

• Underwrite new potential acquisition and development opportunities.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Application, with emphasis in Microsoft Excel, Word (Complex spreadsheet modeling is a plus.)
• Operate with a sense of urgency while managing multiple deadlines and time requirement conflicts
• Take direction but can work independently and unsupervised while maintaining a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively and interface professionally with executives, investors, and operational team members
• Think outside the box and present strategic recommendations and solutions to increase performance
