As a Global Real Estate Lease Administrator, you'll manage Oracle's global real estate and expansive data center portfolio, providing a unique opportunity for global exposure. Your responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day administration of leases, data center contracts, revenue leases/subleases, facility-sharing agreements, and owned buildings. Your meticulous attention ensures the integrity of portfolio and accounting data across 90+ countries and 60+ currencies, fostering operational efficiency and accuracy at every level. Additionally, you'll handle lease abstraction, modifications, payment of lease obligations, and financial setup in compliance with ASC 842 / IFRS 16 and Oracle's accounting policies using Oracle's Financial Lease Management Applications. Career Level - IC2 Responsibilities Accountabilities: + Manage the administration of Oracle's global lease and/or data center contracts, revenue leases/subleases, and owned buildings + Ensure accuracy and integrity of real estate portfolio data + Conduct financial setup and payments in compliance with ASC 842 / IFRS 16, Oracle's accounting policies, and local tax laws + Generate invoices and manage rent collection for revenue leases + Audit payments against lease provisions for SOX compliance and expense control + Communicate with landlords, project managers, and facility managers as needed + Support and collaborate with internal teams, including Global Real Estate Organization, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Controllers Organization, and Global Finance, as well as external business partners. + Adapt to different cultures and industry standards for real estate markets globally + Utilize translation technology for abstracting and translating leases + Gather, audit, and reconcile data for internal and external business reporting regularly Skills Required for Success: + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable tasks + Demonstrated ability to think creatively and resourcefully to solve problems and overcome challenges + Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills + Flexible, agile, and adept at pivoting to accommodate shifting priorities + Proficiency with MS Excel + Lease administration, commercial/corporate real estate, or lease accounting experience Ideal Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of experience in Lease Administration and/or Commercial/Corporate Real Estate + Strong financial analysis skills with lease accounting experience + International Lease Administration + Heavy experience in EMEA Lease Administration is a plus Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
