About the Opportunity:
Join The Water Valley Company’s dynamic team and get hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate development—from entitlements to vertical construction—across residential, retail, commercial, and industrial projects. You’ll play an active role in shaping Cascadia , our ambitious 1,000-acre master-planned community in Greeley, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare development packages, schedules, and professional presentation materials

• Assist in tracking project budgets, timelines, and key deliverables

• Help compile entitlement, permitting, and due diligence documentation

• Organize and maintain digital and physical project files

• Support planning, research, and analysis across multiple phases of development

• Contribute to financial modeling, market research, and feasibility studies

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who’s eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry. You’ll start with 15–20 hours per week working on-site at our office, with opportunities to expand as you gain experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• No prior real estate experience required—just a passion to learn

Compensation:

• $25.00 per hour
