Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple luxury properties in Brooklyn and Manhattan , managing 1,500 apartments and supervising three Maintenance Directors . The ideal candidate will lead efforts to maximize occupancy rates, rent collection, and tenant satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency and minimizing expenses. Our company is customer-service driven , with a strong focus on fostering positive tenant relationships and delivering high-quality living experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistent, high-quality services.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize revenue streams and control costs.
• Maximize occupancy rates and ensure timely rent collection .
• Hire, train, and lead the Maintenance Directors and property staff.
• Monitor and manage tenant satisfaction , addressing issues swiftly to foster positive relationships.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and tenants .
• Provide strategic guidance to Maintenance Directors and help resolve tenant complaints, maintenance issues, and lease violations .
• Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term growth plans and ensure the portfolio aligns with business objectives.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and property management best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience managing Class A luxury multifamily buildings with a proven track record of operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage multiple teams.
• Expertise in property management , with a focus on both tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
• Ability to work in-office with some hybrid flexibility .

2. Communication: Clear, effective communication with tenants, staff, and vendors.
3. Property Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing large, multifamily properties.
