Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing medical procedures as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assess residents' health status and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and nursing standards.

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse (RN):

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• RN certification in NJ
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Leadership experience
• Serious Applicants
