*The Pines Healthcare Center* is seeking an *RN Nursing Unit Manager* with heart, empathy, and a little extra love to provide to our patients. As Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.

Short-term recovery, Senior rehabilitation care, Long-term services, Physical therapy

Memory care

*RN Unit Manager Qualifications:*
* Active RN license
* Proficiency in complex medical conditions and geriatric care.
* Experience in Supervising
* Previous Long Term Care Experience

*RN Unit Manager Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies.
* Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching.
* Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments.
