About the Role
WDG Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our internal data systems and client projects by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical information. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Input, verify, and update data in internal databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across various platforms
Review and correct data inconsistencies or errors
Organize and archive digital files and records as needed
Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing or unclear information
Assist with ad hoc data-related tasks and reporting
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of data entry or administrative support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong typing skills (45+ WPM with high accuracy)
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or related field
Experience with data entry software such as Airtable, Salesforce, or Google Workspace
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana
