Position: Restaurant General Manager

 

Job Overview:

As the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll oversee all operations and lead the team to success while managing the restaurant’s P&L. You’ll supervise and guide hourly team members, the Assistant Restaurant Manager, and the Kitchen Manager to meet company standards in food preparation, cleanliness, and administrative tasks. Developing strong leaders and fostering a culture of excellence will be a top priority. Your passion for leadership and attention to detail will play a key role in driving the restaurant’s overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to support and contribute to the success of the restaurant operations

• Minimum of 3+ years of high-volume Restaurant General Manager experience
