Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Solid understanding of P&L management and key drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid ServSafe certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
