Restaurant Manager – The Salema Group We are looking for an energetic, guest- and team-focused leader to join our family-owned Dunkin’ franchise as a Restaurant Manager. The role is based in our 28 locations across New Hampshire and Maine. In this role you will help create a friendly, safe experience for both team members and customers. Weekend and holiday work may be required. Reliable transportation and flexible availability are essential. Responsibilities Create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for team members and customers. Ensure operational and cleanliness standards are met daily. Develop sales programs to leverage business opportunities. Maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards. Perform weekly and monthly administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, product ordering, inventory counts, food safety, and operational audits. Qualifications At least 1 year of food service management experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to lead a team to success. ServSafe Certification preferred. Strong understanding of confidentiality (leadership role). Physical ability to sit, stand, traverse, and lift up to 50 lbs. for up to 12 hours. Requirements Arrives on time. Excellent guest service skills. Proactive problem‑identification. Strong leadership and personal example for employees. Previous managerial experience strongly preferred. Prior fast‑food or quick‑service restaurant experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent leadership skills.
