Job Description:

• Drive sales by overseeing the steps of service and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards and ensure the safety of guests at all times.
• Enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.
• Oversee and practice safe food-handling procedures in alignment with regulatory standards.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house team members to nurture a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of restaurant operations.
