The more appointments you set, the more you earn.Please note there is no hard selling, JUST setting appointments.
This position earns both weekly and monthly bonuses in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $15 hourly + $225 - $1000 in weekly bonuses (e arn up to $40+ per hour based of your production ). WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE JOB Renewal by Andersen is looking for motivated, well-spoken, and energetic individuals to add to our Promoter team. This is an entry level sales position as you are promoting the company and setting (selling) the appointment for our design consultants. You will attend different events & retail locations to talk to potential customers about window and door replacement. Being a Promoter requires the ability to have conversations with ease, answer objections and keep a positive attitude. We partner with retailers such as Walmart, Ace Hardware, Hy-Vee, and others.
•Attend various events and retail locations and engage with potential customers
•Educate customers on window and door issues and the benefits of our product
•Schedule customers for a free in-home consultation and act as the first impression of our company
WHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON •
Required: Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation •
1+ years of Customer Service Experience/Promotions, Retail, Sales, or working with the public •Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, competitive attitude
•Self-motivation, positive attitude, desire to learn and grow
•Weekend availability
•Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Shifts: There are 2 Monday - Friday shifts available per week [9:00AM - 1:30PM] or [1:30PM - 6:00PM] Our agents work anywhere from 8 - 32 hours per week. 3- 6 shifts per week. Saturday/Sunday Shifts: Hours vary. Usually a 4 - 9 hours shift between 8:00AM-8:00PM
