Scalability & Governance: Develop scalable automation frameworks, establish governance models (e.g., RPA Center of Excellence), and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Testing & Deployment: Oversee testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and manage bot deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align automation initiatives with strategic goals. Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends in RPA, AI, and intelligent automation to propose innovative solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in automation, with at least 2–3 years in designing and implementing RPA solutions. Proficiency in RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere Strong knowledge of Python Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for intelligent automation is a plus. Process Knowledge: Expertise in process mapping and optimization methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
