Job Description

Position Responsibilities:  

• The Sales Business Administrator will perform analysis and reporting for the Sales, Operations, and Finance departments including executing competitor analysis, financial analysis, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, and simulation models pertaining to incentives, go-to-market strategies, and sales efficiency  

• Collaborate with sales team to assist with sales incentive analysis and associated best practices including M onthly B usiness O bjectives and Incentive Tracking and also c onducts historical sales and retailer reporting and analysis  

• Develops, publishes, and maintains monthly and quarterly sales reports and K ey P erformance I ndicator s for Reyes Beverage Group business units  

• Identifies sales / operations trends based on data and formulates recommendations to address trends and implements these change s  
• Plan and monitor special events, work with’s, and customer contact
• Communicate regularly with the brand managers on upcoming events, promotions, and opportunities to advance the business in the market
• Involve supplier alliances and sponsorships with professional teams, social groups, fan clubs, and industry organizations
• Be well versed with sales data systems in order to prepare targeted plans, track activity, and report results versus goals
• Develop and distribute internal and external sales materials and newsletters
• Handle duties of front desk receptionist as needed
• Other duties as assigned  

Required Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s D egree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience
