Key Functions of a Sales Manager Trainee

• Actively engage with customers on the sales floor, understanding their home improvement needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Master product knowledge across various home improvement categories, offering expert advice and demonstrations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales techniques and leadership skills.
• Support the sales management team and fellow Sales Manager Trainees in daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales reporting.
• Assist in training new sales associates, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to strategic planning.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic store atmosphere, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales or as a Sales Manager Trainee is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous development.
