Position Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Implementation Consultant to support the setup and optimization of Salesforce for sales tracking, forecasting, lead generation, and sales documentation. This role will ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and our existing systems, including Cvent, QuickBooks, Mailchimp and Novi AMS, to streamline data flow and reporting. A strong candidate would have worked with or for a member-based organization (such as professional associations, trade organizations, or nonprofits) and understand their unique operational, sales, and engagement models. Key Responsibilities Work with internal teams to develop implementation plans and strategic roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs. Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices. Customize Salesforce application, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports Implement lead generation workflows, including sponsorship interest download forms and automated data capture. Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications such as Cvent, Novi, and other association management tools to ensure data accuracy, and streamline process and data flow. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems. Conduct user training and create SOP documentation for internal teams. Qualifications Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, including lead generation strategies, sponsorship sales tracking, and CRM best practices Proven experience implementing and managing Salesforce for associations or member-based organizations. Experience integrating Salesforce with association management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Novi, or similar tools). Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
