Under general supervision, performs responsible secretarial and clerical work in a large school office. The primary role is to serve as the principal office assistant to one or more school administrators. Responsibilities Provide secretarial services for assigned supervisors. Perform varied office clerical tasks. Handle contacts with students, parents, and others. Exercise independence and judgment in performing work. Maintain clerical records and prepare reports. Use modern office practices, procedures, and equipment. Multi‑task and demonstrate strong organizational skills while being flexible in schedule/duty assignments. Requirements Bilingual preferred. High school or GED diploma required. One year of responsible secretarial, fiscal, and clerical work in a busy office environment.
