Screen Printer I

Position Summary

Prints lettering and designs with screen printing device on formed or machined configuration mostly of plastic materials. Set up screen fixture to repeat during a production run.  The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Operate basic screen print table 
  • Cleans screen with solvent at end of run and when using different colors.  
  • Examines printed object for defects. 
  • All other duties assigned. 

Qualification Requirements

Credentials/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 0-to-1-year related experience and/or training

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English 
  • Basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication) 
  • Ability to identify cosmetic defects
