Job Summary

Global Protection and Investigations is seeking a professional Nightclub Security Guard to join our elite team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe and secure environment for all patrons, staff, and assets within a dynamic Downtown Sacramento nightlife venue. You will play a vital role in preventing unauthorized access, handling security incidents, and maintaining order. The ideal candidate has a background in public safety and security, coupled with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities 

• Patrol the nightclub premises to maintain a strong security presence.
• Monitor entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized patrons and personnel access the venue.
• Enforce club rules and manage crowd control to prevent disturbances.
• Remove trespassers or individuals causing disruptions in a professional manner. 
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity
• Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Qualifications

• Previous experience in nightclub security or a similar security role preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, especially in high-traffic entertainment venues.
• Excellent communication and incident reporting skills.
• Ability to operate and manage surveillance equipment effectively.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
• Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
