Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (API Integration, Lucidchart, Georgia Criminal Justice)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Act as a liaison between business partners and the development team to ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements through workshops, interviews, and other techniques.
• Develop detailed business and functional requirements, including use case narratives, diagrams, and user stories.
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams, screen designs, and user story maps using Lucidchart .
• Manage user stories and track progress using JIRA .
• Define and document API service calls, including request and response formats for API endpoints.
• Collaborate closely with API developers to ensure APIs meet defined requirements.
• Create clear and comprehensive data flow diagrams and explain complex data flows to technical and business stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings throughout all phases of the SDLC.
• Support user acceptance testing and requirements validation processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Solid understanding of SDLC and software development practices
• Ability to interpret complex data movement and integration requirements
• Effective leadership and collaboration skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst on data integration or software development projects
• Advanced knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, business modeling, and use case design
• Experience defining and documenting APIs and data flow diagrams
• Strong collaboration and coordination skills between technical and business teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Lucidchart and JIRA

• Experience working in state or local government , preferably within the Georgia Criminal Justice System
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL Foundation certification
• Expertise in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data integration and system design
