What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Analyze complex business problems using data from various sources to provide insights for decision-makers
Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and available data elements
Collaborate with clients to modify existing analyses or reports to meet specific requirements
Participate in management reviews by presenting and interpreting analysis results
Develop Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, and User Training materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of business analysis experience
6+ years of managed care experience
Proficiency in concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the role
Strong communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

3-5 years of formal training in Project Management
Experience working with complex, highly technical teams
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
