Sr. Game Designer - Mission/Level Permanent / FTE

REMOTE

Our client is developing a first-person tactical military shooter title in Unreal Engine and is looking for a talented game designer to join their team. The Sr. Game Designer will work to design and implement mission for the game's story campaign. This is a hybrid role that requires BOTH creative vision and technical proficiency to bring the game vision to life.

• Work with the Creative Director to establish the overall arc and pacing of each mission
• Thoroughly plan and document missions in detail
• Set up objectives and encounters, script mission events, and assemble all mission assets
• Evaluate and iterate on missions based on playtest feedback

Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3+ years' experience in a Mission Design role Familiarity with Unreal Engine 4 and Blueprints Experience with AI scripting and Behavior Trees Shipped Titles in FPS/TPS genre is a HUGE plus! This is a remote position.
