What You’ll Do

  • Direct hospitality design projects across all phases – from pitch to punch list.
  • Translate client goals into impactful, immersive environments.
  • Guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers.
  • Ensure storytelling integrity, documentation quality, and constructability.
  • Contribute to business development, firm culture, and thought leadership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
  • 10+ years of experience in hospitality interior design with project leadership.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, range, and storytelling.
  • Expertise in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Enscape.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to lead with clarity and care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $77,000 – $133,000 (based on experience and location).
  • Annual performance-based bonus program.
