Senior Marketing Leader

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Leader to take our brand and demand generation efforts to the next level.
Position OverviewAs the Senior Marketing Leader, you will work directly with the executive team to develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that elevate our brand, drive quality lead generation, and position us as a market leader. You will lead a talented marketing team, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure all campaigns are aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee brand strategy to enhance awareness and market positioning.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Drive lead generation programs that deliver measurable sales pipeline growth.
Plan, manage, and execute trade shows, conferences, and industry events, ensuring high ROI.
Oversee content creation, messaging, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy.
Manage budgets, timelines, and team resources effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
7+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in automotive, SaaS, or technology sectors.
Proven track record in brand development, demand generation, and event marketing.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with:

Email Marketing: Mailchimp (Constant Contact, Klaviyo)
Content & Design Tools: WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Event & Webinar Platforms: Zoom Webinars (Webex, Eventbrite)
SEO & SEM Tools: Yoast SEO (Moz, Ahrefs)
