About: The Senior Research Scientist is responsible for innovating and developing novel laboratory assays, ensuring they align with GMP and CLIA regulations. Partnering closely with the leadership team, including the CEO/Founder, this role is dedicated to achieving R&D objectives and managing intricate testing processes. Additionally, the position entails establishing scalable testing methodologies, maintaining quality assurance, and effectively conveying results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Data: Use specialized software to interpret experimental data.
• Develop Content: Write clinical reports, articles, white papers, blogs, and conference materials.
• Communicate Findings: Share insights with the research team and clinical consultants.
• Present Research: Deliver presentations at webinars and national conferences.
• Review Literature: Stay updated with relevant peer-reviewed research.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard all test results and personal patient information.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Endocrinology, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong background in hormone research and clinical laboratory settings.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ELISA, mass spectrometry, HPLC, or similar techniques.
• Data Analysis: Experience with bioinformatics and statistical software.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CLIA, FDA regulations, and GMP standards.
• Publication Record: Published research in peer-reviewed journals.
• Project Management: Ability to lead projects and manage timelines.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral skills for scientific and conference presentations.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and clinical consultants.
