Monotelo Advisors in Elgin, IL is seeking to expand our team with bright, motivated individuals.

What You’ll Do:

1. Oversee personal tax and estate return preparation.
2. Review individual income tax returns.
3. Review individual estate tax returns.
4. Delegate work to qualified team members.
5. Oversee our personal tax division.
6. Communicate and develop relationships with clients.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

1. Desire to learn and grow.
2. Strong analytical and oral communication skills.
3. Capacity to self-direct and take initiative.
4. Experience in tax preparation.
5. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
6. Ability to manage and train employees.

Qualifications:

1. CPA Designation.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
3. Enrolled Agent with 10 years of tax experience will be considered.

***If hired, your start date will be the second week of November.***
