Forge Hill in Franklin is seeking to hire Dining Room Server for Nights and Weekends to work in our beautiful community!



Flexible schedules, great for students!



Schedules available:

• Part time or full time hours available. All positions require weekend availability.
• Monday - Friday 11am-4pm or 4pm-7:30pm
• Saturday and Sundays 6am-2pm or 11am-7:30pm

What you'll do : ️ Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Serve delicious, nutritionally balanced meals and accommodate dietary restrictions with care and attention. Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to create a positive dining experience. Interact and build meaningful connections with our residents, fostering a warm and inclusive community.


What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• A genuine passion for serving others and a strong desire to enhance the lives of seniors.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
• Must have knowledge of dietary procedures, was well as related Health Department regulations and guidelines pertaining to food service operations
• Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner
  
  
  
  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  
• Lift up to 50lbs
• This is primarily a standing position where an employee may be required to stand in one place for extended periods of time. They also will be exposed to extreme heat and cold temperatures
