As we expand our services, we are looking for skilled and dedicated shuttle drivers to join our team, providing safe, reliable transportation for employee commuters and airline crews.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team on a part-time basis, supporting our dedicated shuttle routes. This role involves transporting employees to and from work locations and shuttling airline crew members between the airport and hotels. If you have a passion for service, enjoy connecting with passengers, and excel in a driving role, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a shuttle bus along designated routes as directed.
• Transport employees to and from work in a safe and timely manner.
• Shuttle airline crew members between the airport and their designated hotels.
• Follow the scheduled routes precisely, adhering to the time frame provided by the Ride Fulfillment Manager.
• Assist passengers as needed, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle bus, reporting any issues promptly.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement.
• Previous experience as a shuttle or bus driver is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Raleigh/Durham area and surrounding regions.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required by the schedule.
• Flexibility to work early mornings
• Flexibility to work split shifts, a.m. and p.m.
• Ability to follow specific routes and schedules managed by the Ride Fulfillment Manager.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle last-minute schedule changes with a positive attitude.
