At Ty Dev Studios, we help SaaS founders scale their content, automate workflows with AI, and build a digital presence that attracts investors, customers, and talent. Our services range from quick Content & AI Audits, to full Digital Presence Sprints, to long-term Growth Engine partnerships. Were a lean, fast-moving team, and were growing.

Were now looking for a Social Media Manager to own and expand our presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging channels where SaaS founders hang out. If youre creative, data-driven, and excited about AI + content workflows, you might be our person.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our offerings (audits, sprints, growth engine).
• Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube Shorts/TikTok (as relevant).
• Repurpose blog posts, client case studies, and internal insights into engaging multi-format content (carousels, threads, video clips, memes, polls).
• Collaborate with the team to spot client success stories and turn them into shareable narratives.
• Engage with SaaS founders, accelerators, and VCs in the comments/DMs to build authority.
• Track analytics (reach, engagement, conversion) and iterate on whats working.
• Stay ahead of AI tools and social trends to keep our brand fresh and differentiated.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
