Developed pricing and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue and market share Monitored and track portfolio performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize growth Key Responsibilities Portfolio Strategy and Development: Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company’s product portfolio, encompassing both existing products and new offerings. Define and prioritize portfolio investments based on strategic fit, market potential, and financial viability. Product Lifecycle Management Oversee the entire lifecycle of products within the portfolio, from concept development through to end-of-life decisions.
