A Stocking Associate in the Grocery Department is responsible for unloading, stocking, and merchandising products to ensure aisles are well-stocked, clean, and appealing. They provide excellent customer service by answering questions and supporting a positive shopping experience. This role requires teamwork in a fast-paced environment and follows proper procedures to maximize sales potential through efficient inventory management.
