Summer Internship - Graphic Designer

About our Internship Program:
ASICS is committed to recruiting the best and brightest talent to join our internship program at one of our ASICS America Corporation office locations (Irvine, CA, Byhalia, MS, and Boston, MA). During this internship, our interns will discover their strengths, develop their technical skills, and learn more about the environment of their future career path. ASICS interns are vital contributors to the company's vision of creating a quality lifestyle through intelligent sport technology. We are currently seeking interns to assist various departments within ASICS. These are PAID internships, 24 hours per week. The candidate is allowed to work remotely up to one day per week and is expected to be in the office on all other working days.
Tentative 2025 Internship Dates: June 2nd - August 22nd, 2025
Location: Boston, MA
Position Overview:
This position will be located at the ASICS America office in Boston, MA. Working directly within the ANA Marketing team, the Graphic Design intern will assist the design team with the creation of design assets for our DTC channels and omnichannel campaigns. This role will support tasks such as marketing emails, site content, marketplaces, store signage and internal event projects.
The successful candidate can expect to gain experience in:
Working in a collaborative corporate environment
Developing real world experience creating thoughtful, detail-oriented designs for the ASICS Direct to Consumer business.
Working closely with the Graphic Design Manager, along with the Creative & Digital Marketing Team, to grow your design skills both technically and personally
Utilize our brand guidelines to conceptualize and design both digital & print marketing materials for various consumer touchpoints
Project management and experience with the creative briefing process
Seeing projects through from conception to completion
Required Qualifications:
Must currently be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Graphic Designor related field at an accredited institution with a graduation date of December 2025 or later.
Demonstrated experience in the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
Demonstrated experience in Figma.
Digital illustration and/or motion graphics experience a plus.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft 365 Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with others and demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.
Understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and layout.
Genuine passion for digital and performance marketing (email, SMS, paid social, other media)
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for results.
Must demonstrate strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and engage in continuous learning.
Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
PAY RANGE:
$18 per hour
